AlgoHub deployed 1,400 IoT sensors across CNC machines, conveyor systems, and HVAC, feeding a real-time telemetry pipeline with sub-second latency into InfluxDB. Predictive maintenance models trained on three years of sensor history now predict bearing failures 72–96 hours in advance with 91% precision.
